VANCOUVER, March 12, 2019 /CNW/ - UrtheCast Corp. (TSX: UR) ("UrtheCast" or the "Company") announces that the Continued Listing Committee of Toronto Stock Exchange ("TSX") has determined that the Company has regained compliance with requirements for continued listing.
This completes the listing review initiated in connection with the Subordinated Capital Financing described in more detail in the Company's May 3, 2018 press release.
